Source: National Postal Museum<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On Thursday, April 15, 2010, the <a href=\"http:\/\/oversight.house.gov\/\">House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform<\/a> held a hearing to examine the status of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usps.gov\">U.S. Postal Service<\/a> (USPS), and on recent reports on short and long-term strategies for its financial viability and stability. The hearing was titled: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Continuing to Deliver: An Examination of the Postal Service\u2019s Current Financial Crisis and its Future Viability<\/span>, \u00a0and I was honored to represent my agency at the hearing.\u00a0 The other witnesses were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usps.com\/communications\/newsroom\/leadership\/bios\/potter_john.htm\">John E.
