These first-past-the-post elections present voters with a singular choice: Pick the Democratic candidate or the Republican candidate. This limited choice is becoming increasingly problematic for Americans as fewer and fewer of them\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/15370\/party-affiliation.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">much like<\/a>\u00a0either of the two major parties. Moreover, this form of election often leaves Americans voting for the lesser of two icky choices. What can be done to improve matters?
